Hmmm, a very strange scene, probably made with CGI-help. :think: The window in the foreground is the problem - it's a typical anglo-american sliding-window, which were absolutely uncommon in Germany, in the whole country, not only on the islands as Sylt.

That's the hotel the Ghost is staying in. You do see the front of the hotel in the film, so I would guess that it's a facade built on location.
