Yes the wheels are aftermarket units with aftermarket center caps. Popular in the day for most 1/2 tons were five or six spoke wheels and the 3/4 tons used an eight spoke design. This matched the wheel bolt patterns and provided a stronger wheel for the 3/4 ton truck. Most common were the steel wheels (cheaper) in either white or chromed as I think these are. Alloys were more expensive but available. |
