1939 Cadillac... or is it rather 1940 ? Anyway, a 4-door convertible is something very rare... -- Last edit: 2010-09-09 12:49:34 |

It seems to be a 1939. 1940 cadillac got extra turn lights over the front fenders. Anyway I don't know if it could be a Series 61 Convertible Sedan or inside Fleetwood series 75/90, all 5-passenger |

Hood louvres are 1938 in three rows .It is a 1938 Cadillac V8 Series 65 Convertible Sedan on the 132 inch wheelbase with Fisher body .1938 was the last year for the series 65.1939 Cadillac V8's had one row of hood louvres and 1940 models had parking lights on top of the front fenders. Also characteristic of 1938 models was the chrome rib on top of the headlights as can be seen here. |
