Looks like a DAF 2600 ('70s) |

Looks more like a FIAT to me. |

Not a DAF, but a Fiat "twin-steer" 6x2 , type?? |

Fiat 130? http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/len_rogers/2004/july01/fiat_addy.jpg I thought also it could be an Unic or Iveco. -- Last edit: 2006-05-17 07:58:50 |

Certainly not an Unic, as the film is played in Italy. I'm not sure IVECO logo was present at this time (1977) |

On the first Iveco Fiats, the Iveco sign was just a letter 'I' in the center of the grille - would be invisible in this photo. It is a Fiat. In my opinion, it is the heavy 190, not the 130. |

190 is correct, (2 steering axles) |

Fiat 691N or 180NC 6x2 converted to eight-wheeler (a common sight in Italy in 70s and 80s). |
