 1970 or 71 Dodge Polara with Washington State Patrol markings.

The film is set in Seattle. The helicopter is a Hughes 300 similar to what the Seattle Police Dept used at the time, but it doesn't have SPD markings. It was either new or a civil helicopter "stand in".
