it's a '67+ Chevy or GMC... seems to be a half ton 2WD based on the absence of anything that looks like the protrusion of a hub... though they didn't (all) originally have this ride height. i can almost make myself sure that the rear cab window is the larger size, as from 1968 on, but then... in the end ~ not. there are quite a few people here that know these better than i - even though i did have a 1968 C-10 short bed for a while... so i'll stop rambling now. ![]() -- Last edit: 2010-09-26 02:26:34 |

Yes, short bed 2wd is a C-10. Looks like a Bowtie on the fender & no side marker so 1967 Chevy. FYI This series half ton truck had SIX lug wheels for both 2wd & 4wd. The next series in 1973 went to FIVE for 2wd and kept the same SIX for the 4wd. Often one sees the later style 4wd (6lug)Rally wheels on these earlier trucks for both 2wd & 4wd. Just as one often sees the later style (1973+)2wd (5lug) Rally wheels on 9C1 Impalas & Caprices as they had the same larger 5 bolt circle than the standard Impala/Caprice. |

Yes, 1967 Chevrolet C-10. Though the blue paint inside the bowtie is long gone, but the bowtie still hanging on the front fender. |
