2004+ Ford F-Series Super Duty. I believe it's an F-750, but I have no real way to confirm this.

I've emailed the armored truck company referenced by the DOT number, hopefully they will provide more details.

It looks like USDOT 1589317/MC 588511 which is: TRINITY ARMORED SECURITY INCORPORATED

Here is the webpage with some of the company's trucks:

It looks like a bunch of these Trinity Armored Security trucks were used in Ep. 1.03 ("The Comeback Kid") of "Chase" (/movie.php?id=1582458).

In the first thumbnail, you can see the company's Texas DPS license number, B11870 (http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/company/company_details.aspx?id=B11870). In the eighth/second to last thumbnail, you can see the company's USDOT and MC number. It also looks like they used the same truck, Number 103.

If this is supposed to be a vehicle owned by a state government it shouldn't have USDOT number on the side.
