 I see a blue Audi 100 C1 on the left... But maybe it's not the most visible car here :whistle:

 Audi looks a 2-door - unusual for a C1, but not if it's an 80 which is what I'd guess. Other interesting possibilities - the orange VW Karmann Ghia bottom left, white Daf 44 in centre and fully visible, and a 2 door VW 411 2 rows back behind the white beetle. Nothing else very exciting?

 I see Volkswagen Golf, 1968 or later Volkswagen [Typ 1] and 1965/66 Volkswagen [Typ 1] at the more prominent row.

 :wow: :wow: :wow: Was also this scene shot in the Latuvijan SSR??? All Western cars!! If it's a stock footage, it's for sure from Western Germany (due the combination of cars).

First line (from the left): R4, VW Karmann Ghia, Autobianchi A 112 (not a Honda N, I think)

Second line: 1974+ Ford Granada I, 1977 VW Golf I, DAF 44, 1970 VW 1200, Simca 1301, 1966 VW 1200

Third line: Ford Escort MKI, 1968+ VW 1300/1500 (due the colour), 1976 Golf I, 1970 2-door VW 411, R4

Fourth line: Opel Kadett C Coupé, 2-door Audi 100 [C1], 1966 VW 1200, Golf I, Opel Kadett B, 1978+ Fiat 128, 1968+ VW 1300, 1971 VW 1302

Fifth line: The Coupé is hard to identify, Renault 15 maybe?, Opel Rekord D Caravan, R 5, Citroen Dyane, 1975 VW 1200 (colour), 1968+ VW 1300, hmm, the red car behind the 1302 is not easy either

Sixth line: 2x VW Typ 1, no idea, 1976+ Ford Taunus [TC2], 1968+ VW 1300, Simca 1100, Opel Kadett B SR Coupé (if not self-pimped), Opel Rekord C, Opel Ascona B

For identifying the cars in the seventh line, the pic is too bad and the cars to hidden.

 P.S. If I think closer about it, I think it's indeed a stock footage pic from West Germany, shot around 1976/77.

I've not a real idea about the location. My guess is somewhere at the River Rhine, due missing mountains probably between Mainz and Mannheim. The (probably afternoon-) sun comes from the right, so a view to the East.
