 looking at the Matford already displayed on the site, it's maybe not one?... maybe a Ford , actually?

 It is indeed a Matford F V8 13 cv but year difficult to spot .Probably a 82 A of 1938 or a 92 A of 1939 but central windshield division is hardly visible.
