Actually a U model and a DM both have offset cabs. DM means dumper/mixer so usually have heavy specs. U means universal tractor which was developed for the west coast, it had shorter overall length to meet length restrictions. Both had offset cabs to aid the driver in backing in to tight spots, |

that is a DM 600 because it is to heavy to be a U model and for Sandngravel DM stands for deep mondular |
