Definitely '61 Imperial. I'm away from my sources currently re: exact model. Edit: Reviewed '61 Imperial Brochure. I cannot see any side or front differences between the Custom and Crown. (LeBarons do not have the Imperial nameplate on the sides.) -- Last edit: 2010-10-12 17:00:43 |

Revision: It now appears from very close inspection of '61 Imperial photos that there is a tiny (a VERY tiny) crown next to the "I" in the Imperial name on the side. The photo'ed car is too blurred to tell for certain but I don't think there's a crown so will list as Imperial Custom. |

Very good eye Commander57 It is a very tiny crown next to the I. Thank you. Certainly there is a crown on 1961 'Crown' models and there is not that crown on 1961 Custom models. After your info I've checked better the scenes where the Imperial is showed and, now, I think we can be sured it's a Crown. Thanks.![]() ![]() |
