 @Gamer I have been reading, in plenty of South Korean articles, that the green plates can be dated to the actual original month of registration. Do you or any other member know how to do this? It may help put actual years to some old real plates.

Also, Gamer I cannot locate the VIN for the Towner. Not sure if your sources can dig up one.Thanks.
