Looks like a 1965 Chevrolet C-30 Panel Truck with a raised roof and windows added on along the sides. |

Well, GM one ton panel trucks were longer than the standard ones. That's why ambulance and limo conversion companies should've convered these, rather than the standard C-10's and 1500's. |

1965 fender emblem and long (234.625" / 5.96 m) C-30 model, indeed.
