The Lancia Lambda had a V4 engine and no separate chassis, so I'm afraid that it is about the only car that cannot be represented by this model. |

It's more than likely a model of an Alfa Romeo 8C - the second picture is a little small, but there's probably a supercharger just visible, so it's likely to be a 2600 from around 1933. |

Agreed on Alfa Romeo 8C. Note the gap between the two lots of four pipes on the engine. The 8 cylinder Alfa Romeo racing engine had its two overhead camshafts driven by a train of gears between the two blocks of four cylinders. |
