There's a supposed North Korean private car plate on worldlicenseplates.com: http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/AS_NKOR.html but I've realised that it could be a fake made by repainting a state owned vehicle plate. The plate in the film just has Korean characters and four digits, but the one on worldlicenseplates.com has two plus four digits like state owned vehicle. The first two digits identify the organisation which owns the vehicle, something that obviously doesn't apply to a private car. |
