No, I mean the real and true founders of the whole modern pop-music
It's a sad and hidden secret, that all the modern, worldwide well known hit-songs were created by a Polish grandfather (named Piotrek Polpolski), who lived in such an apartment-block, in the town of Zabrze. Unfortunately his whole lifework was stolen by a criminal used-car-dealer, who sold it for millions to everywhere. Nowadays his impoverished family tries to bring out the truth into the world and fights proudly against this iniquity.

It's time for bed now, so I gave the solving right now: it's a German comedy-musician-band, which is kidding around and is "recycling" all kind of songs in the heaviest way. :D Sure, the Leningrad Cowboys are more professional and popular with a bit similar intention. But the Popolskis are funny to see (I'll try to get some tickets for the next time).
And nothing is origin Polish ;) They're all Germans, the dark-haired singer-girl is Croatian. The shall-be Polish accent of the bandleader is faked, too. There are more a Russian accent-fragments in this talking, plus a bit slang from the Ruhr Area, than anything Polish. :D

Even though I can't understand the language, I'm not convinced. The Deighton Family are the true founders of pop music - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXMcEKn-ZyY .
