I want to say it's a Taylor-Dunn, but I have no proof. |

Since Taylor-Dunn was made in the 60's, I wouldnt be suprised if this was an early Stepsaver model. It doesnt look exactly the same, but keep in mind the old model versus the current one. Link to "www.lincolnservice.com" |

Could be that, in this case, the three-wheeler is a Taylor-Dunn but, usually in movies from USA, it's rare to see two or more brands of same commercial area in the same movie since, it is supposed, one of them pays for that. I suppose Cushman and Taylor-Dunn are 'commercial-enemies' and if the golf carts seen in this movie are Cushman, I'm leaning forward Cushman also for this one. This Golfster could be the model 732 that this page shows (scroll down 1/2) and the other one golfster seen in this movie, the 735 seen in same Cushman Page. In the scenes filmed in the 'secret base' we see several of these anywhere. For that reason, I'm thinking this three-wheeler could be one of (or a variation) these Cushman: http://hotrodcarts.com/vintage.html http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/1021870773014216047MdmfdLKYiZ And in this last page http://www.oodle.com/ (write Cushman for search) you must to be registered to see the clickable thumbnail but (more or less) it is From other part, I found some similar branded as Cushman-Ryan and model Aerator GA30 but I don't know if the time of the movie and model matches. http://www.wnutting.com/Alderfer/golfcourse/imagepage.html -- Last edit: 2010-12-14 11:03:21 |
