 I can narrow it down to just Komatsu or Fiat-Allis but the dam pic quality is very very poor [:kiki]

 I tend to say strongly Fiat-Allis

notice the "horns" on the side and rear sloped shape and the air filter and exaust position

says here "CrybSA sobre este vehículo hecho bajo licencia Fiat-Allis." they were licensed Fiat-Alis so not really a mid-id

Actually, Crybsa had the licence of BENFRA and Fiatallis for made tractors and loaders.

Benfra never did bulldozers like this, but Fiat-Allis did and front end absolutely looks like Fiat-Allis, so either an original or a license copy so can stay listed as Fiat-allis
