I cannot be absolutely certain of the year or model, but I believe this is a Series 2A built between 1962-1966, it is a military version (so its officially a Rover 8), and in that colour probably built for the RAF, athough its on a civvy plate and therefore could already have been 'demobbed'. The bumpers and reflectors show its not an early Series 2 (these bits were introduced in 1961 on the last of the Series 2 models shortly before the introduction of the 2A), and the seaprate wiper motors (the passenger side one is clearly visible) mean it can't be from 1967 onwards. Unfortunately without some other shots its not really possible to say more. |

Well its pre 1963 for certain, its an 88 inch series 2 or 2a. However, thats only judging on the registration number, I'm sceptical about that being its real plate. |
