Well, definitely and probably, the last built Citroen 3CV M28. But looks like an early IES. |

Nice, only the second IES on the site .gif ":)") Indeed, the black strip on the door seems to match more with the early IES. Front bumper is missing its upper part, and the IES badge will have been replaced by 'double chevrons'. Cf http://www.cocheargentino.com.ar/i/ies.htm |

As i can see in the old plates database, in the forum, it's a 1985+ plate (the former plate). One of the last IES 3CV made. |
