 Could it be a hatchback conversion of the Renault Juvaquatre ?
Btw, on the left of it a very nice pre-war Citroën 11 B Cabriolet 'Traction'. I'd say it deserves its own page...

 Instead of hatchback is it a fabric roof to give the line above the back window?? Looks like a handle below the window for a drop-down boot??

 I thought of a hatch in two parts, a drop-down boot and a clap-on rear window. If it would be a Juvaquatre it is not a standard version - those had the spare wheel on the boot.
