It is. I'm leaning towards the 378.

IMDB Goofs Page wrote Anachronisms: In the chase scene where Lou is chasing the bum through the streets to the town square, they pass a tanker truck with a modern (mid-80s) cab.

The Peterbilt 378 was made from 1987 to 2007 according to Wikipedia.

And this truck being here leads to additional errors, IMDB says it takes place in the 1940s, if you see on the door it has a United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) number, but the USDOT wasn't founded until 1966, also, the truck has quad headlights which weren't allowed until 1958 and rectuangular headlights weren't allowed until 1975.

It's funny you mention that. Even the IMDb goofs page has goofs.
There are two entries for the same goof:

Anachronisms: When Lou Ford chases the extortionist down the street, the extortionist runs past a modern freightliner truck.
It's actually a Peterbilt.
Anachronisms: In the chase scene where Lou is chasing the bum through the streets to the town square, they pass a tanker truck with a modern (mid-80s) cab.

In addition to the things Pokeoddsponge mentioned, the Hazmat placard is scratched out, and there's DOT C2 reflective tape along the length of the trailer.
