Judging by the fender badge, I think these were only known as E-350's, not Econolines. |

@ford_guy: Something tells me the badge on the front fender seems to be too long for "E-350" script. Could it says "E-SuperDuty"?  |

The badges are of the same length, except that the "E-Super Duty" one is obviously more crowded. This badge doesn't look crowded, which is why I thought it said E-350. |
