 Or 1951. For those two years I try to remember these were called Concord Suburban (basic) or Concord Savoy (Luxe trim)

 As far as I can see hood logo looks 1952. 1952 Plymouth Concord Suburban ( P-22) with the basic trim

 You are right, in book of J. Flory Jr. I looked only at the pic's description and didn't read the table with all models.
