We have some "66 Special" and some "Special 60", is that normal or should both groups be listed in the same way? |

antp, we'd need some comments for your question from pilou, Mike, big dave, fortengo,... but after some research I think Special 60 would be bad listed since 60 would be referred to Series 60 (either 66 or 68). Also, after I checked this car listed as 1947 Oldsmobile Special 60 /vehicle_100161-Oldsmobile-Special-60-3527-1947.html and this pilou's comment after its identification it makes me think what I said above, that Series 60 is referring to either Series 66 or 68. So, if we get some comments about it, we could change the four Special 60 we have /vehicles_make-Oldsmobile_model-Special+60.html into 66 Special or 68 Special or, simply, just Special. Checking http://www.cadvision.com/blanchas/ID-Cars/OldsmobileModels.html it seems the numbers (for inches?, I suppose) go before the Special, Dynamic, Custom, etc.. as model name. |
