In fact, Mike, this is the 1st. time I see one of these Barcelona's taxis. The Seat insignia on the front of the hood makes it B but, I suspect, they were a cheaper version of the normal B with more chrome all around the grille and side trim. Probably these weren't built by Seat but, actually, I don't know the name of the coachbuilder. I'll try to get it... 1960 based on the plate registration.
