A genuine California Highway Patrol Oldsmobile. According to this article, CHP used Dodges almost exclusively in the 1960s, but in 1967 they bought 1428 Oldsmobiles. Oldsmobile's police package was coded B07 and called Apprehender Highway Patrol. -- Last edit: 2011-02-11 00:18:57 |

Interesting article about the police cars. About the the protruding front end of the Olds police hit before the push bar. 68 would have solved that problem but I guess the damage was done.
