Love this car , anyway Stronghold you are showing us photos where the car is better visible, why dont you use them instead of the one youve put with only the front visible? -- Last edit: 2006-06-23 15:40:11 |

The correct non-US spec. w/plexiglass front. No offence! I love this car too, but only 4 of these were sold in Norway due to the high price. But i have seen one, though! -- Last edit: 2011-12-06 16:48:45 |

Not plexiglass! The front covers are made from real glass, even with the E1-sign. In Germany the SM-owners, who want to save the original, irretrievable glass-covers and take repro-made plexiglass-parts, have problems with the TÜV-inspection, because plastic covers are illegal. |

Indeed, these are very expensive glass parts. If the TÜV doesn't accept the pexiglass, one could install a glass front for the technical examination and once the paperwork is done you can replace the front by plexiglass... |

Same car /vehicle_1155024-Citroen-SM-1971.html It was a Citroen press fleet car for a year then sold to a private owner, the current owner has owned it since 1999. |
