No idea. I don't know if there is a year system for military plates or a way of matching combinations to dates. I also suspect the plates here would be fake combinations within the military format - film plates on painted-up vehicles. |

The 'military' plates are in a format much too recent (1995+) for this Series IIA, so yes, they're fake. |
