Yes, I'll put Made for Movie, but one of the experts might have a better idea.

Free-wheeling was a real feature:

Quote "Free-Wheeling" was first offered by Chevrolet in 1932. Initially touted as an economy feature, it allowed the car to coast when the driver's foot was lifted from the accelerator pedal. It soon fell from favor when the public realized its dangers by the lack of engine braking during downhill runs.

The closeup thumb of the steering wheel tells us it is based on a Model T Ford although the whole body is probably made for movie.
