 Looks like Styleline trim level to me, not sure :think:

 Styleline wa the 'normal' series (as here), Fleetline the fastback series. Trim levels came as Special and deLuxe. Only DeLuxe had chrome windscreen frame, so this must be a Styleline DeLuxe [JK2103].
