 1951 Ford Crestliner to me.

 Not a Ford, has a GM roof line and belt trim, probably a 1949-52 Chevrolet. There appears to be a cable of some sort that roughly simulates Crestliner side trim, but it isn't - it runs in front of the tree to the left of the car.
