On the petrol tank there are some letters that I can't read. On 2nd. thumb. there are the letters ...ESA I've checked MontESA bikes and there are not models that match with this. Some british, US brand... I think. |

@ Vilero: es de septiembre de 1955 la placa, y pertenece a Gerona. En caso de ser autentica... aclaro. -- Last edit: 2011-02-25 18:12:49 |

Thank you brotherjack. We know what ...ESA means. MOVESA. http://www.habitamos.com/pics/1850065 Link to "monserrat.coches-motos.com" What still I don't find is if Movesa was the builder in Spain or only the importation company. Quién la sigue...la consigue (spanish saying) Link to "www.revistamotosdeayer.com" MOVESA...MO.tores y VE.hículos SO.ciedad A.nónima, is the spanish subsidiary of Peugeot in Vitoria (Basque Country) from 1952, BUT (under licence) made the model 55 TC(see links above), in 1957 the 57 TC and in 1959 the 150 TB. After this year this factory only built Peugeots mopeds until 1983. And after this, I don't know how to list this bike. To do easier the list I think better keep Peugeot as brand but model TC 55 origin Spain. Opinions? -- Last edit: 2011-02-25 21:05:25 |
