 These were the last of the air-cooled Porsche 911/Carrera series. They were still lightweight and powerful, especially the Turbo version. Smooth, quiet and comfortable inside, and reliable. Like any 911, the chassis is strong as a hollowed-out block of steel. The 6-speed was great, the "tiptronic" not really comparable to modern semi-autos.
