Ramone is the coolest car in the movie. He constantly changes his paint job every day 'cause he doesn't get any customers. The fact that Cheech Marin provides his voice doesn't hurt either. |

Interesting to note that Cheech and Chong drove a 1964 Impala lowrider in Up in Smoke. The song 'Low Rider" (War, 1975) was used on the opening credits too. |

Couldn't it also be a Bel-Air? The trim's been removed and '59 Bel Air's were available as two door hardtops. |

I always loved how he was a different color in every scene. Although it seems like Purple was his main color. Because in the die-casts his other paintjobs had a different name. Purple was simply 'Ramone' |

Two other Disney movies Cheech Marin starred in were Oliver & Company (1988) and The Lion King (1994). -- Last edit: 2017-11-25 17:33:37 |
