 1962+ 16/60 as side grilles have horizontal bar.

 The 1958 Wolseley ADO 9 press car, registered 32 DJO, also had horizontal bars in the side grilles. This could therefore be a 15/60.

 Oops - agree this is 15/60 as has over-riders more central than 16/60.
