Not a GLE, they were 4 or 5 doors. More likely an EMS |

Well, only "99" will be enough I guess |

In the movie, the character specifically asks about a "SAAB 99 GLE", and gets one in the end. I'm not sure if the 99 on the truck actually is a GLE. Here's another screenshot where the character says "The only thing I ever wanted was a '76 GLE" (see subtitle). ![]() -- Last edit: 2005-11-11 01:20:07 |

That´s an interesting desire ![]() Well I guess they couldn´t manage to track down a GLE for the movie. I´m pretty sure this is a 1977 or 78 EMS given that the wheels still are original. They were the same on the GLE and also available amongst the options for any 99. As far as I´ve found out the GLE came as four door sedans 1976 and 77 and as five doors wagon back in 1978. |
