potter says this is a Thomas Built Saf-T-Liner, but based in some pokeoddsponge's previous comments could be an International 3700/3800 / Thomas. Better leave it as unknown for discussion. |

Hood has nothing to do with a 3800 vs 3700. All lies in GVWR and seating. Length and good do not matter. However, this is a 1994+ by the cowl badge so luckily it is a 3800 but not by your breakdown.
