Sometime in the 1990s, Toyota became a bit lazy : the same cars were still sold in Japan by different dealer networks, but there wasn't any difference in the bodywork anymore. Even the name was the same, with the addition of a single extra letter. So, instead of having Corolla Levins and Sprinter Truenos, or Estima Eminas or Lucidas, Toyota sold the RAV 4 J & RAV 4 L, the Alphard G & Alphard V, or in this case, the Estima L & Estima T. And those letters aren't trim levels, because these are also often made of a single letter : J, X & G. Our car here is an Estima T X (or maybe an Estima T G, it's hard to read). -- Last edit: 2022-11-29 01:31:13 |
