The minibuses on that site are Toyota Hiaces, and this bus is definatly not a Toyota Hiace. |
◊ 2006-06-23 14:00 |
Got it, Hyundai Grace. |
◊ 2006-07-04 11:51 |
Pictures? A Hyundai Grace is a Hyundai H100 in Holland... -- Last edit: 2006-07-04 11:51:46 |

I have doubts too. This minibus doesn't look like a Hyundai/Mitsubishi. |
◊ 2006-10-01 19:47 |
Could be a derivation of Delica/L300??? |
◊ 2007-03-26 15:49 |

This a public transport in Indonesia. The car that site are "Daihatsu Zebra" , if in Japan is Daihatsu Hijet. |
◊ 2007-11-23 13:27 |
Looks a bit too large for a Hijet, doesn't it? |
◊ 2008-03-09 16:38 |

If this scene is in Thailand... is this an old Thai Rung (aka Thairung or TR) model? (edit: Umm, just a possibility.) -- Last edit: 2009-06-03 23:10:10 |

I've marked this as episode 8 from season 1, which should be Thailand: Koh Tao, Bangkok, Krabi. |
◊ 2010-03-03 14:49 |

◊ 2011-07-18 23:30 |
You aren't the only one. "Horny" was the first word that came to my mind. ![]() ![]() |
-- ◊ 2011-08-07 03:07 |
I for one agree with Daihatsu Zebra. The body is a bit longer probably because it is locally manufactured.![]() |
AMC man ◊ 2011-10-04 19:15 |
I also agree on Daihatsu Zebra the front looks identical! |
Jonsmellmyfart ◊ 2011-11-08 04:13 |

Is Zebra the correct name for the Thai market? |
Jonsmellmyfart ◊ 2011-11-09 23:55 |
Yes Zebra is the correct name for the Thai market. |
◊ 2011-11-10 00:12 |
I don't know about that the only Zebras I can find are all from Indonesia (even the member here who first suggested Zebra is Indonesian) |
Jonsmellmyfart ◊ 2011-11-10 00:58 |
I cant find any Daihatsu Hijets that look like this, in fact the only Daihatsu vans like this I can find are Daihatsu Zebras, so I assume this is a Zebra, so until we find more information can we list it as Daihatsu unknown? |
◊ 2011-12-27 04:49 |
Daihatsu Zebra is the correct name for Indonesian market |
◊ 2021-02-07 13:38 |
1993-95. |
◊ 2022-07-14 10:23 |
Indeed one, but origin is fully Indonesian as despite being an enlarged Hijet, it was never offered in the JDM market, designated for the Indonesian market initially. Not sure 1993-1995/6 were all 1.3 or the 1.0 continues for those years as the secondary option, best to leave this as [S88/89] as the generic chassis code without further information. |
