I am not sure it is a sedan, but in these countries are the most common sedan, compared to the hatchback.

 That shape of dashboard was from 2001, previously it was rounder. If we assume it is a Clio Symbol, they were manufactured in Turkey. Chassis-code: X65.

 I'm pretty sure it's the same car as the other listed in this movie (/vehicle.php?id=393159), because the interior of the 2001 facelifted Clio was introduced only from the 2007 model year on the sedan (the upper side of the dashboard has a slightly different shape). They could be merged or maybe corrected at least (to 2007 Renault Symbol).

In 2009 it was replaced with the new Renault Symbol, in its specific markets, but in hatchback I believe there is still available Clio Campus with the Clio II design and that only in France, where it's built in fact, since mid-2009 (by the french Wikipedia the manufacturing place was transferred back from Slovenia).
