I found this page about italian buses http://www.arancionedigenova.it/veicoli/vecchie_glorie.htm and, despite there are not good front drawings of the buses, the upper side of this one (and also for the, until now, two ID as Fiat linked above) looks for the Lancia Esatau P-V11 Viberti Monotral
