 1934 DeSoto Airflow -- with a surprize under the hood... I bought this car as an empty shell. When I was asked to build a Taxi for another film (Devil in a Blue Dress, or Phantom -- I don't recall which) I pulled out this rolling shell and dropped in the only engine I had handy -- a 1955 Studebaker flat 6 with a
Borg Warner automatic transmission. I sold the car a few years later, and have no idea where it is now. Someday, someone will be wondering how it ended up with that Studebaker driveline, and they can find the answer here!
