Are there some details to justify it to list it as "made for FL"? Would be the first one here, or? |

The Lion´s City DD was especially made for the BVG Berlin. You only order a fleet of them. It also dosn´t appear on the MAN website -- Last edit: 2013-02-16 18:20:55 |

What's A39? (others are also with [ND 313] as code) |

A39 is the manufacturer code used by Neoplan. ND 313 is the code used by MAN. Model Year: 2008 Made for: Liechtenstein Those busses are actually made for Liechtenstein and not for BVG. The two busses were modified by MAN for LBA. Its a 2008 model year first planned for Berlin, but it was never delivered to BVG. However it went from the production line directly to Liechtenstein. http://www.traditionsbus.de/Fahrzeuge/man_a39_nichtbvg.htm -- Last edit: 2015-06-07 23:49:35 |

MAN also uses A** codes for its recent buses : A20, A21, A23 and so on. ND 313 isn't a chassis code, it's a continuation of MAN's model types, like SL200, ND202 or NG313. The commercial name has been Lion's City for more than a decade now, but the model types are still there on the brochures, as are the A** codes. |
