Why it exploded? |

Engine caught fire and then it exploded. But it was meant to explode because they wanted to block the road. |

As I understand it, 1955+ B-35 3.5 tonnes diesel evolved into the B-45 in 1962, with minor changes to the cab of shallower doors which no longer reached down to the running boards, clearance lights on the roof and an expanded choice of versions with increased capacities and tractor units. This has shallower doors and roof lights so B-45. |
