We have many BMWs of this era on the site and it is well known that their appearance changed little from 1955 to 1971. Also there is little difference between the various models - R50, R60, R69s. The only clue - whether it is correct I don't know - is here - /vehicle_10446-BMW-R-60.html - where there is a comment that the police used R60s through the 1960s. I guess the bike here is likely to be an R60. |
