1971my or newer from bonnet edge badge - metallic colour a few years later? LS or similar poverty trim? |

Same colour as my Majorette 1100 |

It seems majorette was only in this color(?), plus the police one. |

Majorette.. You forced me to dig out mine! -- Last edit: 2012-07-27 11:36:24 |

The canopy of the Unimog is still existing, too, also the small trailer with the two canoes. The world's biggest collection of Majorette-K 70, is to find there: http://www.teilethimm.de/public/show.php -- Last edit: 2011-05-25 21:50:50 |

Majorette... I remember those. I had a red Pontiac Trans Sport one, back in the day. In fact, I just did an eBay search... Link to "cgi.ebay.com" ...and came up with this! The exact same model, still in it's packaging! If anyone here wants it, you better hurry!!! |

I had loads of these things. Most have been destroyed by being left out in the garden (indeed some may be buried there still). Used to keep buying the Golfs, Twingos and 205s. Had three or four of each. At least. |

Yeah, a BIG bargain. Here's some more for you all! Link to "toys.shop.ebay.com" |

Yeah, great deal. VERY cheap. Quick question: Anyone here have one of these? Link to "cgi.ebay.com" I used to have 2 of them, exactly identical. Here's what happened to them when I was like 6 or 7. They ended up being smashed under a big chunk of concrete/cinder block. Thinking back now, it's quite a shame. Also had an orange Matchbox Focus ZX3, like this: Link to "cgi.ebay.com" Not sure what happened to that one... |

I had one exactly like that as well! I think I still have it somewhere, though the plastic roof thing has been missing for the last 15 years or so. |

@Mudflap: No, that's all. But all have survived until today. |
◊ 2011-05-25 22:25 |
@ingo: Was one of those an Esprit? @deltagolf: Yeah, that was one of my favorites, because of the roof. I always loved ones wit removable parts. I also had a red Dodge Ram once, that had a plastic bed cap, a VW Beetle Cup with removable outer shell, and a HW Hyperliner (another removable outer shell). |

A bit heavy used this Simca, Ingo. But your CX has roof in better condition than mine (with scratches ;( ). |

This is my diecast collection: Link to "cgi.ebay.com" - 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix Daytona 500 commemorative http://www.thetoyshore.com/images/lowes%20SB%2048%20car001.jpg - #48 Lowes/SpongeBob SquarePants Chevrolet Monte Carlo Link to "cgi.ebay.com" - 2008 AMP Energy/National Guard Chevrolet Impala SS Yeah, that's my current collection, as all of my others, which were actually out of the package, and not as expensive (at the time), were either thrown out, destroyed or lost forever. Here's another crazy diecast story. I used to have a Pontiac Salsa Concept Hot Wheels car, but lost it in the kitchen a while back. Then, one day, when we replaced the refrigerator, we found it under there, about 6-7 years later. Of course, I wasn't allowed to keep it, so it was thrown away... Here's what it looked like: Link to "cgi.ebay.com" -- Last edit: 2011-05-26 17:22:07 |

The Simca and the K 70 with the Sterckeman-trailer had been my first Majorette's - they have survived my Kindergarten-times! I remember, how I've played with them. And where. But it's too late to show you on Google Maps or Earth, where exactly - the Kindergarten was totally renovated in 2008. Back in 2006, when I've shown the places of my childhood to my wife, it was still original, form the inside as the outside, as at my time there (1974-1977) Chutes, the block-wood-"tipi" outside, everything. But the muddy forest behind it is still existing - and the Opel Kadett B-hubcap, I've found there (back then...) is hanging in our cellar. -- Last edit: 2011-05-25 22:48:30 |

The Lotus? No. Do you mean the greenmetallic Coupé with the yelow plastic tailgate? This is a Matra Bagheera. |
◊ 2011-05-25 22:55 |
Ah, I see. It does look a bit like an Esprit, though, right? |
◊ 2011-05-26 17:07 |
I have those in my collection as well |

I have both of these, too. My Ambulance has lost its rear-door, and I have that bus in at least three different liveries. |
