An old Chinese trolleybus, perhaps? Link to "www.flickr.com" The one in my link was made in Shanghai, but apparently similar models were made in Chengdu as well. Either way, I wonder if the builders took inspiration from the Czechoslovakian comrades. http://phototrans.eu/14,490865,0,__koda_706RO_206.html |

Indeed, quite similar to the one in link and doesn't have grill... There was Huanghe truck with cab made under licence of Skoda - 706 RT. -- Last edit: 2011-06-05 21:53:26 |

Hmm...I think,that can be bus-trailer,not bus... |

It looks like it too, the front end height can indeed suggest there was a rotary shaft, but: a) in film they call this bus (ok, I admit it is not yet a strong proof) b) it is asymmetrical, when bus trailers usually had the same rear and front wall -- Last edit: 2011-06-05 23:07:13 |

Most likely is that trailer has unsymmetrical body, than bus has rotary front axle... |

Looks like a bus that has been gutted of all the oily bits. Rear axle (on left of aerial pics) was power-driven. |

Isn't so obvious to me, it is rotary, but who knows - vehicle important for film, we can wait. |

It seems to be indeed a trailer - Link to "www.crystalradio.cn" (6th and 7th picture) |
