Ah, yes. Now that I've already written my wrong comment I recall an article about the long-gone Ford-plant in Amsterdam where they wrote about the assembly of the D-Series for the German market. |

 Even with a "Luton-body". Quite rare in Germany. Perhaps a foreign truck, from Britain or Denmrk. Not unlikely. |
