Ingo ◊ 2011-06-09 21:25	No "S", as it's a W115 and not a S-Klasse (W108 or W116). @rljuna2: a) yes b) yes As the badge looks more like 230 and not 220 (though there was no 220 or 220 D any more in the 1974-1976-programme) and there was no 230 D existing, it's clearly a 230.6
zodiac ◊ 2011-06-09 21:55	The car has the short bootlid handle suggesting 1968-73? I think they have changed the rear lights. I can't see it says 230.6 . 220D?
Ingo ◊ 2011-06-09 22:49	Hmmm, indeed, the taillamps could have been changed. The bootlid handle is not a hard fact, because some owners have mounted it later, but on the thumbnail on the ferry you can see the triangle window in the driver's door, so it's no 1974+. And it stinks, as you can see on the main pic. Common for a Diesel, but at a fuel-car it would be a bad sign. For gone piston rings. Or valveshaft seals.
